AUDIO/VISUAL PRESCRIPTION: YAAM BERLIN by Kalishakti

Kalishakti- The director/filmer/editor of this video, has always been an amazingly lovable person.  Over the years, her passion for filmaking has evolved into a level of artistic professionalism that I am proud to know.  The YAAM, Berlin, is also a place that sits close to my hear.  I've always felt that it's sort of parallel to the positive vibes that the Audiopharmacy Collective tends to bring to table.  It is also one of the Audiopharmacy band's favorite places to perform when we're on our annual Euro-tour.  Big ups to the owners- Ortwin and Leah for creating such a beautiful platform for community and the arts.  Since our first time playing there (2003?), Audiopharmacy has been inspired to build something like this in SF.  Unfortunately the land, weather, and resources are just not crackin here...plan B- Visit Berlin and experience the YAAM for yourselves.  Let em know Auidopharmacy sent you and you may get a free coconut juice!  Enuff chit chat, check the video about the YAAM that Kalishakti cooked up feat.
